Sin Hee Yang (SHY) is a rising property developer, with the hopes of establishing its brand via the creation of bread and butter properties.

The developer is currently focusing on offering quality homes upon a prime land in Sepang.

The projects developed in the said locale will be targeting newly married couples and first-time homebuyers as well as purchasers whose household income of more than RM3,000 per month.

Additionally SHY is also offering a low down payment of RM1,000 with a 100% loan, as well as absorbing the legal fee, and Stamp Duty for SPA and loan agreement.

The company hopes to make itself further known via a showcase event intended for the launch of six of the developer's newest offerings at one go.

“Our company has launched all the 246 homes with a ‘Rumah Mewah Dengan Kemampuan Anda’ theme, designing affordable houses intended to bumiputera buyers.

Property purchasers that are first-time homeowners and downsizers can seek affordable houses that suit their budget and score ideal homes tagged below half a million at our property showcase event,” said SHY Group executive director Loo Chee Yang.

The event will take place at No.5, Jalan Bunga Raya 2, Taman Bunga Raya in Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi, Sepang from 10 am to 6 pm on August 19 and 20.

The housing projects of SHY that will take part in the said upcoming event include Lot 951 Taman Idaman Murni, Lot 3125 and Lot 3126 Taman Indah Puteri phase five, Lot 2264 Taman Dataran Abadi, Lot 3360 Taman Dataran Abadi 3, Lot 2728 (type A) Taman Dataran Abadi and Lot 2236 Desa Baiduri Indah, which are strategically situated at Kampung Ginching, Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi, Daerah Sepang.

SHY is also proposing to make the lives of purchases increasingly at ease by offering to furnish the first three-month instalments as an exclusive deal to the buyers that would attend the aforementioned event.

“All of the housing projects that would be presented at the two-day upcoming event are all neighbouring to one another and are also within walking distance creating a community feel, a rarity amongst newly launched, modern property offerings across the nation,” said Loo.

Of the 246 units of landed residential property that would be offered in total, 104 are single-storey terraced homes, 96 are single-storey semi-D's, 24 are double-storey semi-cluster homes, 20 are double-storey terrace houses and only two exclusive single-storey bungalow units will be offered for sale.

As of now, the homes enjoy a 30% to 65% take-up according to individual phases, with most of the residences expected for completion by end of 2019.

“These include a surau, open spaces as well as a town hall,” said Loo.

Getting to the development is a breeze as it is merely five minutes away from the KLIA Ekspres, Salak Tinggi Station, three km from the Mitsui Outlet Park and 7km away from the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and KLIA 2. Additionally, the property precincts are also 15km away from Putrajaya and Cyberjaya.

Loo explained that the developments that would be showcased are enhanced with easy access to the B32 highway that connects to Salak Tinggi, Nilai and the LCCT main road.

“Our plan henceforth is that we are planning to launch a new development near Dengkil that is catered to bumiputera and non-bumiputera buyers alike in the near future,” Loo concluded.
